The room could do with more heat especially under floor as the tiles were cold as was the loo. Only being picky.

The hairdresser was very friendly, chatty and warm. She used great products and the salon itself was very nice. However, she didn’t have any clippers so couldn’t do half of the cut I wanted and she couldn’t cut or style my fringe in the way I wanted. I ended up having to style it as best I could in the salon so I could walk home and do it again at home. I will have to book another appointment somewhere else to get my grading done. For the £32 I don’t feel this was great value as I didn’t get the full cut I wanted.
