Really disappointed, got this as a present for my mum for her birthday. No where when buying it did it say it was gonna be done by a trainee hairdresser with one year experience. That would have been okay if she hadn’t made a mistake with her hair and the owner then came over and tried to brush it off. Hair was cut at least 2 inches shorter than she actually wanted. Have no problem with hair done by trainees but when it is advertised as being done by a professional it is a joke.
