The appointment was for my daughter's hair up for her prom. The stylist was prompt and polite. My daughter showed her the style she wanted and the stylist copied it perfectly. My daughter was very happy and she had loads of compliments throughout the evening!

Really great wax. My first time having hot wax and it was great! A week later, I’m still smooth and it was (almost!) entirely painless! Definitely the least painful wax I’ve ever had; I didn’t swear once.

Well .. I can’t really evaluate my overall experience because unfortunately I was first served by the new worker they have .. I think her name is Daniel .. and she TOTALLY has no idea what she is doing! She spent an hour and half on my pedicure ! Trying to find out what she should do! It was a complete failure ! Thanks god the other lady Mrs. Amaya or Amara (not sure abt the name) took over for my manicure and the other services .. otherwise I would be very very very upset .. anyway .. just a small tip: when booking ask for Amara or Amaya .. she knows what she’s doing and she’s really good at it.
