Really welcoming, had an amazing massage and after discussing my home routine and my use of retinol in the past year, Marie decided it wasn't appropriate for me to have to the microdermabrasion and LED therapy as it would risk my skin. She was very professional when she checked and explained why, which I really appreciate as it protected me even when it meant losing money for them. She gave me a wonderful facial instead and I left feeling very pampered.
