Disgraceful management and incompetent staff. Booked in and paid for gel extensions and the lady was not trained to do them! The manager refused to refund me although I waisted my time and had no treatment done due to their incompetency!

First I booked the appointment at 5, and ask me to change it because they closed at 4:30, so I don't understand why they give the option, this is annoying because you need to change plans, anyway I arrived and I you want a manicure is for relaxing but the girl who gave it was just complaining about everything, about the music outside, about the weather, about her past jobs and meanwhile working drinking her cafe. Getting into the manicure I wish I would attach photos into this review, the day after the skin at the sides of the nail was peeling off, clearly wasn't a good cuticule removal. I couldn't recommend this place just in case of a hurry
