The owner was fab - relatively painless waxing and very thorough, very happy with the end result. Initially my wax was started by a trainee who did a good job, and I wasn’t too worried about the pain as this was my first hot wax (so still felt much less painful than a strip wax), although the change halfway through did serve to highlight how high the level of the owner’s technique was. Both ladies were very warm and chatty and made me feel comfortable.
