I was experiencing a little bit of a break out I decided to treat myself to a nice relaxing facial instead of stressing about the spots as I wanted to go out and see my friends at the weekend. We all know stress does not help spots. I arrived at the salon which was clean and smelt nice. However, I had to assert myself on a number of occasions that I didn’t want extractions as I wanted a relaxing experience. The theme kept on being pushed and I had to explain my reasons why on no less than three occasions. For £69.99 I would expect better customer care and service. In the time that it would have taken to have the extractions I could have had a hand massage or a lymphatic draining massage of my face. In addition the staff discussed other client’s names with me which I found unprofessional. I don’t usually leave reviews but I felt my minor skin issue had been magnified and I left feeling a lot worse than when I entered the salon.

First time ever getting a massage and going to Palomas was probably the best place I could have gone to for that!Grace was amazing made me feel incredibly relaxed and even fell asleep right at the end!Definitely would recommend!
