I've booked a treatment with a specific professional I already know however they completely disregarded this and assigned another therapist to me. Half way through the treatment, they decided to change the the professional again without saying a word about it. Just noticed when I opened my eyes.
My treatment was supposed to be "Deep Cleansing Facial", I am quite used to do it and I know what to expect but weirdly they put me in front of the steamer and applied high frequency for most of the time. The actual extraction lasted 5 min max. I'm not happy at all.

Grace was absolutely amazing, I came in with a horrible acne breakout which needed sorting fast! Within a few days my breakout started to calm down and now a week in my skin is completely flat and all cystic bumps have disappeared as promised! My confidence is massively boosted and I can’t thank grace and her assistant enough. They stayed an extra hour for my treatment as I was in such a bad way. Only think I slightly marked Down was the consultation room as it was a little dark. Many thanks grace I will be back xx
