This was my second visit to the salon but unfortunately it wasn’t anywhere near as pleasant as the first.
First of all, I had a different member of staff doing my facial to the one I had picked for my appointment. This was disappointing as I had purposely booked a slot when the preferred member of staff was available, based on positive reviews. However I decided to give the member of staff allocated to me a fair chance.
The facial was not at all relaxing. I was very cold, and at one point a blanket was put over me to stop me shivering. I was told my skin wasn’t “that bad” which isn’t something that really want to hear. Lastly, I now have dark marks around some areas where too much pressure was applied during the extraction and I’m having to wear heavy coverage makeup to cover this. Not the service I expected for an £88 facial.

Overall, fantastic service. I marked down the ambience only because there was a strange smell in the hallway, not sure they can do anything about that. the treatment itself was fab, but I can still see a few spots lingering. Grace was so knowledgeable and talked me through everything she did, the only feedback I have is that more quiet relaxation time would have made this a five star visit!

Amazing treatment, lady who did my facial kept it professional and seemed to know what she was doing however I felt like my first facial with grace was better in terms of having more knowledge on the treatment and my skin. Down fall was another staff kept coming into the room interrupting the ambiance/calming mood. She was cleaning the room at one point and kept talking to the lady doing my facial.
