Therapist left treatment room x 4 times, once to answer the door, then to say bye to someone, then to grab something as it had broken and unsure why she left the 4th time - she also never apologised for leaving!! My treatment was also meant to be 90 mins but it finished at 75 mins. Was offered a massage when I asked about the time being short but I had already left the room with my belonging so I was given sample - which were free samples from Dermalogica! Worst experience - wont be returning
