I didn't know what to expect, as I've never had a massage or any treatment like this before. It was such a great experience, I booked again straight away.
The room was lovely - perfect temp, smelled great, despite Paloma's Beauty being situated on a busy road, i couldnt hear a peep, which made it very easy to disconnect. The masseuse made me feel really comfortable - she was very considerate and skilled, allowing me to zone out and relax. My skin was left feeling so smooth. Absolutely lovely.

Absolutely wonderful and such amazing value for money. I upgraded my facial just to have a little more time there, also maybe dozed off a little during the head massage... Will be back next payday for sure!

Grace is a lovely person, but she should have never done this treatment on my face as now I’m left with post laser hyperpigmentation. The rosacea has not faded and I have new vein lines on my cheeks. I’m devastated. I wish I never had the treatment at all as it’s now ruined my face. This is not for delicate, Asian skin and the beauticians really should have known that. I’ve emailed them twice to ask for compensation and have been ignored. Avoid at all costs.
