The venue is not how it looks on the Fotos. The Treatment was good I suppose but the salon itself is shocking.Very dark and full of stuff everywhere. The "relaxing" music had to be turned right up to block the noise from upstairs. The entrance and stairway to the salon is dirty and cigarette buds are on the stairs. I know it'sa backstreet salon but cleanliness should be a must. For me this was a disaster,I was left all sweaty with no facility to freshen up or deodorant etc. Only 1glas of water.

Today was my first time at Palomaโs. I had the indian head massage, facial, body wrap and massage. I can't thanks Narges enough! So kind, professional, knowledgeable and the biggest heart. Thank-you Narges for giving me THE most wonderful, much-needed relaxation. I also met Grace who equally couldn't have been kinder and graceful (no pun intended) ๐
