I can't quite tell about the result, since I need a few sessions to see any difference with my scars. Grace gave me the impression of being very knowledgable, welcoming and professional. Definitely isn't there to get your money but to help as efficiently as possible. The salon has incredible atmosphere, very relaxing and calming. Love it!

I had an excellent experience at Paloma’s Beauty and Spa. I chose a sauna and massage package and it was amazing! The staff were very attentive and directed treatment to my areas of needs- stiff neck and shoulders! Afterwards, I felt extremely relaxed! I also felt very welcomed and looked after and will be returning again.

Had the same facial a few years ago and loved it, came back as nothing compares to this one and the standard is still exceptional. Skins texture is softer, spots have disappeared and pores have been unclogged. Perfect facial for this humid summer weather!

Was a really amazing massage. Very different to what I’ve had done before and really felt like she knew what she was doing! Absolute 5* for the massage, I think it was a little bit busy so felt slightly rushed at the end! But perfect x
