Grace is a lovely person, but she should have never done this treatment on my face as now I’m left with post laser hyperpigmentation. The rosacea has not faded and I have new vein lines on my cheeks. I’m devastated. I wish I never had the treatment at all as it’s now ruined my face. This is not for delicate, Asian skin and the beauticians really should have known that. I’ve emailed them twice to ask for compensation and have been ignored. Avoid at all costs.

I was experiencing some shoulder pain from carrying a heavy bag around. I booked a 30 min balinese massage and I thoroughly enjoyed every moment of it. I felt deeply relaxed. My knots and tension were worked on with the right amount of pressure and targeting.
I was made to feel comfortable and welcome. I would certainly recommend Paloma's to anyone in Manchester looking for a great massage at an affordable price. My only regret was not booking an hour instead of 30 mins!
