I had a lovely experience with Sophia. Even though my facial was only 30 minutes and I had booked it at the last minute, she was very efficient and thorough. She provided more treatments in half an hour than I've had in many 60-minute facials. She also provided helpful advice on skin health and future treatments, without pushing particular products or services on me. I would definitely come back.
