Nice salon, great location, clean and welcoming ambience. But the two staff members I met hardly spoke any English (owner seems to be the only one communicating with clients, and she does it in the typically abrupt way of someone who has 'time is money' as a life'a motto). Even the courtesy of a hot drink was somewhat spoiled by just putting a cup of tea in front of me without asking a) whether I wanted tea or b) if so, what kind of tea I would like or, God forbid, if I wanted sugar or milk in it...
As a result of the complete lack of English skills, some of my requests directed to the staff were ignored (despite them nodding and saying yes) and in the end I left rather underwhelmed.
It seems clear after watching the dynamics for an hour or two that the owner imposes strict rules on the staff in terms of how much time they are allowed to spend on which step of the treatment. The consequence is a rush job and a distinct lack of attention needed to doing a great job. Average it is then. But then they should only charge average prices too...

Really well done! My nails look fab and I am so happy with them. I did have to wait for 30+ mins for my appointment which was a bit ridiculous and rude, which is why I am giving this only 4/5 stars.
