I booked my appointments online and had no trouble using their website. Arrived in good time and the waiting area is lovely. I haven't had waxing for ages and was a bit nervous, but I had no reason to be at all. Emily was really professional and caring. I'm so glad I've found a relaxing and comfortable place to get some pampering at last!

Absolutely fantastic experience from beginning to end. Anastasia was super caring - she explained everything before the treatment started, reassured me all products used were pregnancy safe, and ensured I was comfortable at all times. Highly recommend the pregnancy massage and facial which was very much needed at 33 weeks!
