From the moment I walked in and Anastasia gave me a warm smile and genuine welcome, I felt more relaxed already. What a beautiful environment she's created, and her calm, gentle, but confident manner is so reassuring.
Every moment of my time there boosted my wellbeing. I didn't want the massage treatment to end and can't wait for my next appointment. I cannot recommend Palm Holistics enough, and am delighted to have found it and Anastasia.

My goodness, what a wonderful experience! I had a palm to bump pregnancy treatment with Anastasia, who was very knowledgeable and ensured that I felt relaxed and comfortable before settling me in for this fantastic pampering session - I'm now so chill that I could sleep for a week! I'd recommend her calming hands to every Mummy to be, as a treat for yourself or to hint for as a present! :) xxxx
