Tania was very polite, friendly and listened to what I needed and was very professional. The experience could've been improved with a warmer room as the towels on the bed were cold and perhaps making sure that her hands are warm too. I felt very cold when I left and needed a hot water bottle on my neck to warm up when I got home. The massage itself was very good however feeling cold afterwards spoiled the experience for me.
