I had a wonderful treatment and my hair looks fresh and lovely. Grazina was very attentive, checking several times to make sure the length of the cut was exactly what I wanted before she started, which I really appreciated. Overall, it was a great experience. The only downside was that my appointment started 30 minutes late, and I wasn’t informed about the delay either beforehand or when I arrived at the salon.

Grazina is very professional,she always cut my hair as I want and gives me advice , I always have the best haircut! She is the only one that knows how to cut my hair, I recommend Grazina :-)

I was really happy with my experience at Palette and Bristle. The stylist, Grazina, was so friendly and really put me at ease. She took the time to understand exactly what I wanted, and I was also happy to be guided by her expertise. I am delighted with my haircut, it is exactly what I wanted and I will certainly be back!
