I was allocated yo be downstairs as I asked for a junior hairdresser on a Saturday, downstairs is a bit dull, wouldn’t recommend it and wouldn’t say it was clean and nit. I prefer when I get it cut upstairs, When I asked to get the stamp, staff were unhelpful, didn’t explain well that their system has changed and they do them digitally. The hairdresser Rovina I think her name is, was superb thought, recommended what I exactly need on my hair and the cut and how’s she styled it was perfect.
