I've always had a lovely experience at the painted lady. I can find salons quite stressful, intimidating places but everything is so chilled and personable here. I'm always offered a drink as soon as I arrive, which are regularly topped up through out my visit and all of the staff are friendly and make you feel relaxed instantly. I've changed my hair colour and style many times over the years at different salons but here has been the best value for money out of all of them. Highly recommend giving it a go for your next trim or colour!
I get to The Painted Lady as often as I can. Each visit is simply lovely, the staff are all very welcoming and it feels very homey.
I am always pleased with my treatments and services, especially getting my hair put up by all of the great vintage talents there for fancy events.
