Shannon was brilliant! She had a proper look at my hair in its dry state and listened to what I wanted before washing and cutting it. She seemed to really understand my hair type and talked me through everything she was doing. We had the salon to ourselves which I quite liked, so it was easier to have a nice chat. I've lived in Edinburgh for 6 years and I've finally found a hairdresser I'll happily go back to!
