With being a bit nervous going back to a hairdresser after a bad experience and a few (slightly dodgy)home attempts to sort it, Louise put me at ease straight away. She gave me some tips on how to improve my hair quality but wasn't pushy and appreciated that I'm on a budget at the moment. Louise is so lovely and chatty, 100% will be back x
