Second time I have been to this salon, staff very friendly and value for money is really good all treatments were great

Need an emergency appointment, they managed to fit me in the following day. Great communication, I booked online and they phoned me back within 10 mins to confirm my requirement. Staff were lovely and couldn't do enought to help.

I marked down stars on my previous review because of the over all appearance of the salon, but as i would not want anyone to be put off by a lower star rating I have given 5stars overall.
Very lovely staff here, very very happy with my pedicure. I had gel on my toes too and they look fantastic. The beauty therapist has even managed to make one of my toes look like half of is wasn't token off! So worth the money!
-also a little note, the salon was very very busy and the staff did their best to fit in all of the treatments I wanted (4in total) on a saturday close to xmas whilst dealing with other bookings and walk-ins without any compromise to the treatments- thank you girls!!!!

Really fantastic facial, the beauty therapist really knows what she is doing, was made to feel very relaxed and confident that she was using the best products for my skin.
Very happy with the results, the lift really does work, it is subtle but I do feel like I look better. I will be going back for the lifting facial and have recommended it to my mum too.
A note on why I have not scored all over 5 stars- the salon is in desperate need of a facelift! I really think the appearance of the salon is a big discredit to the staff that work there who are all very friendly and clearly know what they are doing. I had 4 treatments in total and they were all fantastic but the environment is not. It is such a shame because the service is fantastic and very god value for money. I just hope the owners spend some money doing up the salon soon as I know a lot of people I would like to recommend this place to would not go there because of its appearance.

The girl who did my treatment was very friendly and explained what she was doing and the benefits of it. My face looked better immediately and today my friends have been saying that I'm looking very healthy. I would defiantly recommend this treatment and the salon to everyone.
