Lauren was great. I explaineda previous bad experience with a different waxing therapist and she was very knowledgeable and explained why it had happened. She advised on hair growth and made me as calm and relaxed as was possible as i was very nervous. Fantastic bikini wax and although she couldn't do it all due to the length, she gave me a £10 voucher so that I could come back again in 2 weeks to get the rest done. I'll definitely revisit and would recommend Lauren for her professionalism.
