The venue was busy when I arrived at my allotted time; after a few minutes wait we agreed I would come back 45 minutes later and they were able to see me the second time. The colour choice was complicated by it being difficult to identify the shades which attracted an additional fee. I asked for my nails to be cut short which meant the filing was close to the skin and painful. The end result was nice, accurate and, once seen, the process was efficient.

the experience was fine and the technician was fine but 2 nails broke the next day, and the acrilic was really had to take off by another salon. maybe bad quality products ? wouldn't come back.
