Highlights turned out orange and not even a toner and purple shampoo & conditioner helped to lighten them. As Leigh was alone in the salon, she had to take care of multiple clients on that day. The whole procedure (Short Hair Full Head Foils with Haircut & Blow Dry) took 5 hours instead of 2 hrs 35 mins. I do not want to blame Leigh as she was extremely friendly. However, it is disappointing as my plans were ruined and I had to go to another hair stylist to fix my hair by bleaching them again.
