Unfortunately unable to communicate with hairdresser efficiently so much so I have an awful choppy haircut, had to just say it was fine and leave but iv lost so much hair and it looks awful. Very upset

Good haircut, but struggled somewhat to communicate with Angelika. Wasn't particularly welcoming experience. Straight over to wash basin before discussing hairstyle, no offer of refreshment or mousse on my very fine hair.
