I was just upset because from what I understood I chose the Kérastase treatment and from what I remember it was included blow dry, of £50 it said that there was a promotion of £50 for £45 and during the washing my hair was washed 3 times, (it's not my mistake) I don't know why I was charged £80 at the end .... But okay :/

I had a haircut at Ozzy recently and it was genuinely one of the best salon experiences I’ve had. The stylist really listened to what I wanted, checked in as they went along, and the final cut looks great even after washing and styling it at home. The salon feels clean, relaxed, and friendly without being pushy, and I left feeling really happy with my hair. I’d definitely go back and recommend Ozzy if you’re looking for a reliable place for a great cut.
