I went in for a Hollywood and it was fabulous!! Viktoria is such an expert. I've had bad experiences with Waxes but this Lovely lady knows what she is doing. I left in less than 20 mins and the only time I felt a little bit of pain, it was gone in seconds. She is a master of her work and I will be returning again for another Hollywood, my eyebrows and probably a facial! Staff in general is great xxxx btw she's so consistent on her cleanliness it's amazing!

Great value blow dry and the stylist was friendly knowledgable and did a great job. It's literally a stones throw away from where I live and will def visit again

Viktoria was a friendly, polite, courteous and professional, and most importantly very good at her job. I was very happy with my pedicure and shellac manicure. I would highly recommend her to anyone thinking of having a beauty treatment.
She has only recently moved to this salon in richmond, but has taught waxing previously so really knows what's she's doing and likes to do facials- definitely worth a try :)

Last minute booking as I am new to the area. Very easy to book using Wahanda & useful to have reviews to read. Victoria was very professional, polite and knowledgeable. She is passionate about providing an excellent service and did an excellent hot Brazillian wax almost pain free! I have struggled on the past to find a good beautician who can use hot wax. I also asked if I could have a half leg wax and this was no problem for Viktoria. I will go to her again and highly recommend this clean, relaxing salon to others. My only negative was the air freshener in the room which was quite strong.
