My last minute booking had not been registered by Treatwell but the team at Ozzie Rizzo were completely un-phased. My colour was expertly done by Graham and looks fabulous - really natural and just what i wanted. Then, Karen took a great deal of care in my cut, checking that she was doing exactly what i wanted. All in all a great experience and i will definitely go back.
