The treatment was done by stylist, not senior stylist. No refund or additional treatment was offered to compensate the difference. I bought full head colour and only get my root done. During washing, the water was everywhere .. on my face, on my back. Had to ask for a towel to dry it off. On top of that there was a complaining customer who was very unhappy as she was waiting for her treatment far too long. Never again.
