Emma consulted me about the cut and really listened to what I wanted before my colour.
Graham consulted me about my highlights and then expertly coloured my hair, before handing me back to Emma.
Not only did both understand the look I wanted but also the texture and type of hair I have and that certain cutting techniques that other hairdressers have tried on my hair(ie razoring or thinning) do not work on my hair and cause split ends.
I got exactly what I asked for, I will be going back.
