I booked to have a full head if highlights, cut, conditioning treatment and finish. Sarah was my hairdresser and was really attentive from the off... She was really lovely and spoke though my hair colour and cut every step. It was nice that she washed my hair as well and was pointing out how the colour had turned out and how nice it was... Turns out it was better than I thought it would be and she styled it amazingly! She informed me of products was was never pushy to purchase any... I will definitely be going back to Sarah in the future!

Sarah was very good. She took her time to understand what I wanted, bringing out colour charts and looking at pictures. I wanted my blonde highlights a bit darker for winter and she achieved exactly this, without the dullness that so often results from darkening highlights. Very pleased.

Sarah helped me restyle my hair and did a lovely job, she really listened to what I wanted and gave her guidance on areas I was unsure about. I also had a very luxurious treatment, felt so good! Very pleased with my haircut and with the experience!

Ozzie cut my hair so this was even better value. The cut was shorter than expected but is very flattering, adaptable and the style isn't too technical to reproduce, I will be able to recreate this myself. No hard sell of products which makes a nice change and some good tips to take away. Recommended.

After neglecting my hair for far too long, I thought I'd treat myself to a visit to a nice salon. Whilst the haircut was nice enough, and the woman cutting it took a lot of time over it, the customer service was pretty awful. It was boiling hot, and I wasn't even offered a glass of water nevermind a coffee, and she ran over half an hour late and I wasn't offered magazines to quell my boredom either. It was a long and unpleasant 90 minutes, and at the end of it I almost ran out of the salon.
