Appt originally booked was unavailable, changed date and then stylist booked was unavailable. The therapist I was placed with made me feel immediately insulted for wanting just a trim for holiday (the following day) rather than a style which is what he does. Was told to come back when I had some courage. I have very thick hair and the thick layers cut in were not suitable for easy/low maintenance requested. Unfortunately was not a relaxing pre-holiday experience. Considering the normal price for these cuts, I would have expected better.

They were very kind to let me reschedule without incurring cancellation costs. Good result from the blow dry, although her method seemed to use a lot of heat to get the desired result, which I think could be damaging to the hair if done like that often.
