I have facials with Oksana almost weekly. I made the mistake to have my pedicure done and was absolutely mortified by how unprofessional other staff Ines and Maria were. I've weak nails and asked the drill to not be used. I was met with resistance and disrespect as it took them longer to use foil. Both staff only care about their own ignorance and convenience, ignoring client's well-beings. If you google the drill approach you will find thousands of expert opinions that caution against it.

I had the CACI facial which I have had in other places, but this was by far the best! Maria-Inesa is an incredble therapist. She instantly put me at ease, gave great advice and my skin is now glowing. I will be coming back for sure! I can absolutely see why this place is so highly rated, it's a wonderful and calming place to be. Thank you so much for making me look and feel amazing!

Booked a last minute Haircut, this was my First Time visiting the salon. Everyone was very friendly and welcoming. Alex washed and cut my hair. Superb wash , which he took time over ( also gave a great Head massage )and my hair feels very smooth and glossy.
