I saw the reviews on here and decided to give it a go - I had my 1st waxing experience and it was surprisingly fine and hasn't put me off doing it again!
Really nice surroundings, staff were really friendly, professional and made me feel at ease, so much so that I went the next day for some other treatments.
Would definately recommend this salon - it's not the cheapest but well worth it.
It is highly likely I will go back if I am in the area again - shame it's not closer to home.
When I first entered the Spa I was nervous! I have never had any beauty treatments and my 'be fabulous' experience was a birthday gift! Straight away I was made to feel at ease, with exceptional one to one attention and the focus was soley on me, but not too much to make me feel uncomfortable, just enough to make me feel special!
The first thing that made me smile was not only was I offered a drink, but I was allowed to drink it before my treatments started.
At no point did I feel under pressure or that I was just another client!!
I do consider myself to a nervous client and at no point was I made to feel self conscious, even with a full body scrub and spray tan!
For a first experience of a Spa, this was perfect, I couldnt have asked for anything more, I was made to feel right at home. I can not wait for my next treatment, which is already booked!
This is THE Spa to go to!!!
This spa is one of the most prestige spas i have been too, and the staff are extremley helpful and friendly.
I first went in January and had my brows tinted, the therapist was honest and recommend a slightly different colour to what i normally have , and WOW is all i can say! I immediatley booked in for a further two treatments, Shalack Nails (this is amazing, and really well priced) and for the first time Botox!
Overall my experience with Oxford One Spa has been exceptional. The girls really have a passion for what they do and truely know what they are talking about.
The salon itself is really beautifully done, the decor is real class, and my friend even commented on it also!
I would highly recommend a treatment here, i know i am definatley on my way back there soon!

I visited Oxford one spa for HD brows in Jan 2011 and was very impressed with not only the spa itself which is very beautifully presented but also the friendliness and professionalism of the staff.
I've always had a reaction to eyebrow waxing and was a bit dubious but the products they used were really luxurious and I was extremely happy with the results.
I got some really good advice and it was clear that the girls knew everything there is to know about eyebrows and designed a new brow for me that suits my features perfectly.
I am thrilled with my new brows and loved the spa so much I have made another appointment for a nail treatment and a spray tan :)
I'd highly recommend this lovely Spa.
My fiancee went and booked me some treatments at this new spa in Altrincham as a Christmas present. One of the treatments I was booked in for was an exfoliation minerale which I thought would be very nice as a prelude to having a fake tan. Let me just say that following my treatment, I was far too relaxed for anything else and the exfoliation is FAR MORE than a body scrub but a whole experience. After a full body scrub and shower comes ultimate bliss in a full body massage with beautiful oils. I have since been back for my fake tan and was shown upstairs, past a plethora of immaculate treatment rooms to the tanning room with it's own private dressing room. I have never had a better fake tan and never had a fake tan where I didn't receive at least one streak until now!
I have now booked in for a full morning of pampering the morning of my hen night with my bridesmaids and will be returning again before my wedding.
Oxford One Spa is an experience from the moment you step through the door to the moment you leave...class, combined with the nicest people I have met in the beauty industry!!
