Worst experience of my life, my eyebrows were ruined badly and the therapist didn’t even bother to correct it or do something to help me. I know anyone can make mistakes but to act like its not my problem and i have customers its just inhumane.They didn’t charge for the eyebrows wax as it will make anything better, due to repeated wax i have a rash as well my eyelid, I never had such bad experience anywhere else.

This was my first time at OxBeauty and definitely not the last time. I had a deep cleansing with Hannah which was really good. I also had extraction with Jun and i must say my skin does look very bright and clean. Thank you for an amazing service ,I definitely will be back.
