Very clean and Pabi was exceptional, however I was seen more than 30' after my scheduled appointment, while I was waiting there was literally no one on the floor, the receptionist arrived at some point later and she didn't say a word to us (the customers), didn't offer us anything, not even acknowledged our existence which was extremely awkward and the glances I exchanged with other customers were.. interesting, it was so painfully awkward and not professional..

to be honest, the whole experience feels a bit pointless. Half of the appointment is a red infra mask and then i just lie there with it on which i can do at home. I have an infrared machine at home so it feels like the therapist just wants to sit there. Back in the day of having facials, i would have a massage while the mask is on so it doesnt feel like wasted time. It just doesn't feel like a good use of time. Didn't enjoy the last two times.
