This was my second sports massage and body realignment session with Owen, and it’s still one of the best treatments I’ve experienced. From the moment I arrived, he made me feel completely at ease with his friendly, professional approach. He took the time to understand what was going on with my body, asked thoughtful questions, and quickly identified the areas that needed attention.
He explained what he was doing as he worked, which helped me understand the root of my discomfort and how everything connected. The realignment work was a game-changer and I walked out feeling lighter, more balanced and with noticeably improved mobility.
What really stood out was his attention to detail and genuine care. It didn’t feel rushed or routine - it felt tailored, intentional, and truly therapeutic.
I’d spent years seeing different people for my lower-back issue and was starting to worry it would never be resolved, but Owen finally fixed it!

Owen was recommended to me by a friend. I was in physical pain, having tried other therapists I felt like giving up as I wasn't improving at all! . So I decided to see if he was as good as my friend had said. So far, I have visited him on three occasions. I was put at ease from the moment I met him. He listens and tailors my treatment to suit my needs. He is highly qualified. I felt very comfortable and I have definitely improved since he has been treating me. After several visits to a chiropractor I decided to make an appointment with Owen and i can honestly say it is the best decision I have ever made.
