The hygiene needs to be improved. The sponges used on my face had strong mouldy smells (but I didn’t see it).

Really lovely lady but prefers to thread instead of wax. During the upper lip threading I felt a pinch directly on my top lip. I felt a cut but nothing was said. At the end I can see there is a cut on my top lip which should never happen. There are also hairs on the top lip, chin and some stray hairs in the left eyebrow. It's a shame as I mention she seems lovely, tries to connect but needs to slow down and pay closer attention to detail.
