Ever since I moved to London in 2022, I have been going to Outlash them. I don't have to worry because I know I'm always going to love them. She really listens to what you want and ensures you have exactly that! I sometimes get classics, hybrids or Russians depending on mood so I can say every set is amazing. Could never go anywhere else for my lashes now x

I got my lashes done for the first time (can’t lie I was extremely nervous) but Nilima made my experience great, she was professional, kinda and so patient! We also spoke about what would suit my eyelids and face, I showed her a few photos how I wanted it, and that’s exactly what she did, I feel and look amazing (also was worried the lashes wouldn’t be comfortable as first timer but it feels so natural) Thankyou Nilima 🥰 x
