i have been to have my hair cut by Amy Louise twice now and am really pleased with the results and now i will not be going anywhere else, such a lovely hair cut and Amy is so nice and attentive.

Very Disappointing. I was booked for a Haute Pedicure which includes dead skin removal. When I realized she was not going to do it, I asked but she said I had to pay extra £10. I let her continue,and she never checked with me if I was happy with length and shape of nails. she exfoliate the skin but not massage was carried out. No consultation has been done prior to treatment. At payment time I shown the menu and I was right, eventually she adjust the price. Just a waste of time, poor service
