Olivia is amazing. She has really taken the time to get to know my hair and its needs which helps me to look after it in between treatments. Olivia really does own her craft when it comes to hair care and of course the styling. Olivia is efficient and precise and very importantly my hair loves her hands! 5 stars from me!
Lush experience and amazing staff!! I had a texture release treatment - I couldn’t have had a better experience, Olivia is super knowledgeable and made me feel at ease and comfortable quickly (at consultation and treatment day). Also, Brittney who also looked after me did an super job!! Overall, I am elated with my results and am planning to book with Ourah again…

Olivia is very knowledgeable about hair. As I arrived the lady before me, who was just finishing up looked amazing too. We had a thorough consultation and Olivia was able to advise me on what to do to get my hair in a healthy condition and grow it.
