As both an osteopath and trained massage therapist, he combines hands-on osteopathic techniques, soft-tissue work, and dry needling to manage muscular tension, improve movement, and support long-term wellbeing. Sandy takes a straightforward, practical approach, tailoring each treatment to the individual while building positive patient relationships through clear communication and attentive care. Outside the clinic, he stays active through cycling, badminton, and running, which further informs his understanding of physical performance and injury prevention.

He provides hands-on osteopathic care for musculoskeletal pain, alongside rehabilitation and assisted stretching tailored to each patient’s needs. Kevin specialises in pre- and postnatal care, supporting women through pregnancy and postpartum recovery, and works closely with young dancers to aid injury prevention, rehabilitation, and performance optimisation. He is also trained in medical dry needling and electrotherapy, combining manual treatment with targeted exercise to promote healing, enhance wellbeing, and improve physical performance.
