Annabelle was very friendly, informative when I asked about other treatments and very professional.
I’ve been to Otium Spa a few times. The treatment was lovely but within a day the gel polish has started to lift and I will need to go somewhere to get them redone. Overall a nice experience but the output isn’t great

The beauty therapist was AMAZING! Very attentive, we chatted for 2 hours and overall I had a really lovely experience and my manicure and pedicure is great
Facilities, staff and treatment were lovely. Unfortunately I didn’t check my nails before I left and there was a tiny air bubble on 1 thumb. I called and they would have redone it but couldn’t fit me in at a convenient time. Not a big problem but not 100% perfect.

Marell was amazing with my treatment, she went above and beyond to make me feel welcomed and comfortable during my facial. Will be booking my next one soon!
