Bikini wax done with a wax that wouldn't remove my hair despite being long enough so had to repeat it several times. Asking for a different shape but getting straight line instead. Leaving many hairs behind despite being a high bikini. I ended up having wax on my jumper and my side. The single use undies stopped from being able to remove all hairs that should have been still included. Not single motions bt repeated that made it way more painful than usual. Not satisfied at all.
My husband and I booked a spa experience for 2 never having been here before as a birthday treat. We loved the venue and the facilities, the staff were very helpful and friendly. We were provided with gowns and towels and felt really felt relaxed. We definitely will be returning in the future!
The only disappointment was that online we'd booked 2 x 30 minute treatments each however were told treatments were actually only 25 minutes each and from a limited list of choices, and no slippers!
It was a pleasant day, everything was clean. The beds in the relaxation room was so warm & cosy. Perfect to finish off the day.
The staff was very pleasant & attentive.

The staff were lovely. Really friendly and professional. The treatment was great.
The spa is nice and the heated beds were relaxing. The only negatives were that the water coming out of the jets in the spa pool was cold and the shower was cold by the spa. Overall was lovely and really good value
