I was made very welcome, offered tea, and taken for my treatment right on time. The therapist was very pleasant and I felt she took her cue for me about what to discuss, rather than bombarding me with questions about my holidays and what I am doing at the weekend! The treatment was very thorough and there was a good choice of nail varnishes

Relaxing spa with great service. Good massage and facial. Do some great promotions as well.
They were new to TW and didn't have my booking. But they could still do the facial but not the Murad that I had picked as the beautician in at time was not qualified to do it. However I picked another facial and I said wanted refund as cheaper facial. So went in but got less than 60 mins. Was generally nice but came out and they said couldn't refund. Gave me a complimentary bag and 10% off next time. However reduced timings on facial felt like I didn't get enough compensation on error.
