I had an appointment for 6pm. I called around 4pm to let them know I needed to cancel/rebook due to unforeseen work circumstances. I was on hold for 13minutes, was hung up on, never called back. On top of that, it was mentioned the clinic closes at 6pm, but that’s when my appointment was for. Very disappointing.
